Reservation Deposit Policy

• Upon making a reservation, the guest is required to provide a credit card number or must send 50% of the total stay, or one night's lodging, whichever is greater, in the form of a check or money order. Guest's stay will not be confirmed until the Inn has received the payment of deposit, but the room will be held a maximum of one week pending receipt of deposit.

Cancellations

• Should you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $30.00 processing fee/bank charge fee for cancellations up to 14 days prior to the arrival date (30 days Dartmoth Graduation, Ballon fest and Foliage weekends ). Refunds less the processing fee will be made for cancellations less than 14 days prior to arrival only if the room can be rebooked.

Please note that we are unable to make refunds under any circumstances for late arrivals or early departures.
